Our menu features locally sourced, sustainable, and organic product creatively prepared and served in a friendly and casual atmosphere. *Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
*Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife skills
*Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
*Previous prep cook or line cook experience
*Valid WA State Food Handler's Permit required
*Professional communication skills required
*Ability to take direction, work in a team environment, and work effectively under pressure, read and understand basic cooking directions
*Must have problem solving skills, be self-motivating, and organized
*Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
* Must be fast, clean, reliable and precise.
